These beautiful slate coasters feature rustic edges and pads on the bottom of each one to protect your furniture.
Coasters rest in a beautiful wooden holder. In this particular holder, there is a little bit of extra space, but as you can see from the photos, the holder provides a good fit for the full set of 4 coasters. The holder also features grip space on two opposite sides to make it easier to lift the coasters from the holder.
We do not add a clear coat or sealant on our coasters, because our coasters are intended for functional use. The unsealed slate will absorb moisture from your cups and glasses much better than a sealed coaster so moisture is less likely to run off onto your furniture when used properly.
If your coaster etching becomes less visible, hand wash the coaster with a mild detergent. Rinse well and allow to dry. Your beautiful scripture etching will return. As with all our products, please notify us of any problems with your items.
